The International Community College Town Center (ICCTC) is a comprehensive educational, cultural, and business/industry model designed to promote individual and community growth and modernization in developing nations.  It

  1. Integrates the American community college concept with vocational training and literacy programs which may already be in place as well as articulation with all other educational sectors in the country;
  2. Addresses individual and family needs/issues to address the UN Millenium Development Goals;
  3. Builds partnerships between and among existing governmental entities, agencies, business/industry in the local to international arenas.
