What is the International Postsecondary Development Program?

IPDP is a comprehensive, integrated model designed to

  • Provide a consulting service to institutions, communities, and governments who want to develop or restructure postsecondary educational opportunities for academic, societal and economic reasons. Services range from feasibility through program/project assessment;
  • Provide a research service to for short-term and longitudinal studies related to IPDP and to publish reports related to IPDP;
  • Provide an academic service for graduate education and training in postsecondary education administration, teaching and learning, and student support;
  • A connections service to assist with development of partnerships between and among private and public sectors to improve education and workforce opportunities for citizens throughout the world.
